Due to the current COVID-19 situation, as per the government guidelines for air travel, web check-in is mandatory. Web check-in is available from 72 hours to 01 hour prior to departure for flights within India and 48 hours to 02 hours prior to departure for international sectors.
Rs.200 (domestic flights only) will be charged as a facilitation fee for check-in at the airport.
Passengers who have already availed web or mobile check-in can reprint boarding passes at the kiosk machines available at the airport free of charge. For reprinting of the boarding pass at check-in counters, Rs 200 (domestic flights only) will be charged as a facilitation fee.
As per mandate by the Government of India, all passengers arriving into India by international flights need to register on www.newdelhiairport.in at least 72 hours prior to departure.
Web check-in is restricted for the following cities - Kuwait, Dammam, Jeddah, Riyadh, Doha, Sharjah.
