Go First offers Priority Boarding at just INR 400 for Domestic and INR 600 for International.
This is a pre-paid service and can be bought by paying a non-refundable fee as mentioned in the below table.

Terms & Conditions
 

  • This service can be opted / purchased D-1 hour prior to departure.
  • This service can be availed on our website (www.flygofirst.com) and the Go First mobile app.
  • Rate will be per passenger per sector (per flight)
  • There is no additional fee applicable for passengers travelling as ’infant’
  • Passenger to approach the Go First staff at boarding gate counter for priority boarding.
  • Go First Priority Boarding service passengers will be invited to board first at the boarding gate (aerobridge or bus) and upon completion of boarding for Go First Priority passengers, the boarding for all other passengers will commence. If a passenger who has purchased the Go First Priority Boarding service arrives at the boarding gate (aerobridge or bus) once boarding has commenced for all passengers, they will be required to join the regular boarding queue and will not be able to board with priority.
  • In case of international travel, this service is not applicable to the immigration process, or priority for security checks.
  • This service is not available for group bookings.
  • Liability of Go First Airlines (India) Limited, if any, is limited only to the extent of the charge paid by the passenger per sector.
  • Go First Airlines (India) Limited reserves the right to withdraw or amend this service, or cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Go First reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of Priority Boarding services and/or withdraw the same at any time without giving any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. 

 

Refund if Passenger cancels

  • Passenger cannot cancel this service on standalone basis
  • This service will be refunded for passengers who cancel the booking partially or fully
  • In case of date change, this service will be transferred to the new booking
  • No refund will be provided in case of no-show or passengers who do not avail this service in spite of purchasing the same

 

Refund if Airline cancels

  • This service will be refunded in case of flight cancellations by airline
