Satisfy those cravings in-flight, by simply pre-booking your favourite snacks online or choose from our on-board refreshed menu. You can pick from an array of veg, non-veg and Jain snacks to please your taste buds.

Go First accepts credit/debit card payments on all domestic and international flights for on-board meal purchases. Please note that Diners Club and Amex cards are not accepted. Cash transactions are not applicable on international flights.

Festival Meal

  • Go First has curated a delectable festival menu which encapsulates the year round joy of festivities. Passengers now have the option of savoring mouth-watering festival menu as per the season.
  • Offer is valid for travel from 1st Oct 2021 to 26th Mar 2022 upon pre-booking. Festive meal is available on select sectors and the menu will be at the discretion of the airline and will be curated as per the festival of the month. Images displayed are for representational purpose only.

Go First Association with Raj Uphaar

  • Go First has added Raj Uphaar’s Raj Amrut rice chakri, masala wafers, almond thins and waffle chips to its in-flight menu on the domestic and international network.
  • These delectable products are made by tribal women of Raj Uphaar, a women empowerment programme of Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care.
  • This initiative is part of Go First’s commitment to the upliftment and empowerment of the marginalized sections of society.

Terms & Conditions

  • Customers can pre-purchase meal at the time of booking ticket(s) on www.flygofirst.com / mobile app.
  • Customers can choose vegetarian, non-vegetarian and beverage options as per their preference.
  • Customers can purchase meals at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight.
  • Selection of meal(s) are subject to substitution/change as per availability. The meal type request is linked with the flight ticket. Once customers have chosen and placed their meal preference (vegetarian, non-vegetarian & beverage), they cannot change the said preference later.
  • For flights where there is no change in flight number (‘via flights’), customers will be served meal booked on the first leg or on the leg where the meal can be served by Go First 
  • The price of the meal is inclusive of all taxes
  • Boarding card must be presented to the crew to avail the pre-booked meal, failing which it will not be served
  • Contents can be changed / modified / replaced without prior notice at sole discretion of Go First for meal pre-booked by customer
  • Meal will be served at ambient temperature maintained in aircraft and Go First does not guarantee that the meal will be served at hot / warm / cold temperature
  • Go First reserves the right to change, amend and/or withdraw any of these terms & conditions without any reason and at any time, without prior notice


Refund if Passenger cancels

  • Passenger cannot cancel this service on standalone basis
  • This service will be refunded for passengers who cancel the booking partially or fully - 12 hrs prior to departure.
  • In case of date change, this service will be transferred to the new booking
  • No refund will be provided in case of no-show or passengers who do not avail this service in spite of purchasing the same


Refund if Airline cancels

  • This service will be refunded in case of flight cancellations by airline

On Board Offer

Terms & Conditions:

  • Go First offers flat 20% discount to the passengers who have “G” or “O” in their PNR and purchase food and beverage on-board from its Smart Café assortments (“Discount”).
  • Discount is applicable for passengers who have the letter ‘G’ or ‘O’ in their Go First six digit PNR.
  • Discount is applicable on food and beverage purchased on-board flights only.
  • This Discount can be availed from 00:01 hours on 1st July 2021 and 23:59 hours on 15th August 2021 for travel between 00:01 hours on 1st July 2021 and 23:59 hours on 15th August 2021.
  • Discount is applicable on transaction of minimum of Rs.100 and above and only for successful/approved transactions.
  • Discount is applicable only on flights whose duration is above two (2) hours and where meal service is applicable.
  • Passenger will need to display e-ticket / boarding pass which contains the PNR to avail the Discount.
  • Cabin Crew will cross verify the PNR before effecting the Discount.
  • No additional Discount shall be given in case both the letters i.e “G” or “O” are reflecting and both are in sequence in the passenger PNR.
  • There is no limit on purchase except restrictions related to card sale.
  • The Discount is applicable on cash and card transactions.
  • The decision of the Cabin Crew shall be final and binding on the passenger in case the right documents i.e. the e-ticket /Boarding pass are not available with the passenger. Such decision of the Cabin Crew shall not be open to challenge/contest by anyone and
    no correspondence/claim will be entertained by Go First in this regard.   
  • No refund will be provided once payment is done by the passenger.
  • This Discount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-cashable.
  • This Discount cannot be clubbed with any other discount, offer, scheme, or promotion.
  • Go First reserves the right to withdraw or modify this Discount at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
  • By availing the Discount the passenger unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
  • The terms and conditions of this Discount shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to such terms and the Discount are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai.
