UK’s Cirium analyzed 35 million flights to rank GoAir 10th most punctual airline in Asia-Pacific region

India, 27 February 2020: Cirium - the world’s leading authority on airline on-time performance analysed a mind-boggling 3.5 crore departure and arrival of flights to arrive at their findings for ‘On-Time Performance Review 2019’. According to Cirium, GoAir is the only airline from India to have made it to the list of top 10 most punctual airlines in Asia-Pacific region with average OTP of 76.94% in 2019. Cirium tracks around 30 lakh flights per month using 600 global sources and covers over 97% of scheduled flights worldwide and more than 80% of tracked flights, including almost every airline in the world.

Cirium’s On-Time Performance (OTP) ranking is another feather in GoAir’s cap, close on the heels of ‘Best On-time Performance’ for 15 months in a row as per the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) data. GoAir has done the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), DGCA and Indian Civil Aviation industry proud once again with its operational excellence and best-in-class services.
